exercise: Civic 4, was a multi-agency JESIP training exercise with West Midlands Fire Serive, West Midlands Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service, Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire Resilience Team, the simulation centre and Coventry University.
The exercise was 50% live play and 50% simulation, based around a high rise building.
