Sean Connolly

Sean Connolly 

Sean has been an actor, voice artist and a role-player/simulator for over 30 years and was part of the original start-up team at the simulation centre. As a role-player/simulator he has worked with literally dozens of clients over many years from the NHS to High Street Banks, Motor Manufacturers to major Building Contractors. He is experienced in bespoke one-to-one role plays, forum theatre, hot seating, delegate inclusion techniques, simulation/immersive learning and working within particular training ‘models’. He sincerely trusts in the methodology, enjoys the process, working within a team to give the candidates/delegates the keys skills they need to progress and develop within their job role and beyond

Paul Dore

Paul is also one of the simulation centre’s original actors. He has been a professional actor for over 25 years since graduating from the Old rectory Theatre in Birmingham in the mid eighties.  Armed with an honours diploma in acting and stage fighting he set up his own theatre company producing and directing in schools and colleges throughout the West Midlands. He has delivered many varied scenarios, for both construction and emergency services including effective communication, conflict resolution and customer service. Paul has also been fortunate enough to be part of many successful TV / advert and film projects over the last 20 years.  Being an entrepreneur from an early age Paul has a successful internet & gardening business alongside a small property portfolio. On a very rare day off Paul loves nothing more than to box his horse and head out for a hack in the Countryside.

Bella Hamblin 

Bella has been a professional actress for over 25 years, when role-playing she concentrates on the corporate and medical sector. The skills utilised during that time include: recognising and teaching effective communication skills, working on assessment centres, facilitating difficult situations, working within a team, taking direction, customer handling skills and conflict resolution. She has extensive experience in coaching communication skills with in-depth feedback, assessment and exam settings, performance management and managing change and diversity. Her clients include: Slimming World, Peugeot, Bloor Homes, Barratt Homes, NHS, Marshalls, RBS and Citroën, IPPC, The Highways Agency, Sainsbury’s to name but a few…

Pablo Raybould 

Pablo is one of the simulation centre's original actors. Having been a part of the team that has delivered many scenarios here, he has also delivered roleplay simulations, forum theatre and training scenarios for many companies in all fields, Government departments, medical, financial, manufacturing, education and the emergency services. He is a partner in a production company that has also produced training videos for companies as well as feature films. Like the other actors on the team, he also works in all aspects of television, film and theatre.

Robert Wilkinson

Robert Wilkinson 

An actor and writer, Robert also runs his actor agency RED Talent Management. He joined the simulation centre team at it's inception in 2009, and  has worked in corporate training throughout his acting career, working on leadership development with BP, Nokia, Barratts, Vauxhall Motors, Willmott Dixon and a multitude of training programmes including Barclays, Lloyds TSB, Severn Trent Water, The Home Office  and The Valuation Office Agency. He was a Director of the highly acclaimed Tic Toc Theatre Company for 9 years, performing in all their national touring shows; as a company they became one of the largest promoters at the Edinburgh Festival during the 1980s, putting on the likes of Frank Skinner, Mike Myers and Harry Enfield.

Tonia Daley-Campbell

Tonia Daley-Campbell is a proud Wolverhampton actress, writer, director, producer, community activist and presenter. As a mother of 4 and a foster carer, she’s not shy of hard work. 

Tonia runs her own drama group ACTS and is also the young children's agent at Red Talent Management. Tonia is always very committed to finding and supporting hidden talent. 

Currently Tonia is producing a  brand new Birmingham/West Midlands based TV series "Lucid The Dreamwalker" a psychological thriller and story of discovery, which will featured at MCM comic con Birmingham NEC. Tonia sold out her local theatre Newhampton Arts Centre with her one act play "Dr King The Aftermath", which was also featured on BBC news for black history month. Tonia has published her first book "39 steps to 40" and recently won 2 x awards at the Enter Stage Write competion, which saw her short play Truth performed in front of industry professionals from BBC, Channel 4, writers Guild, and ITV. 

She has recently opened up a brand new TV, Film and Theatre production company called Themis Creative limited with Business partner and friend Oraine Johnson. Tonia is well known for her infectious laugh.

Keely Harker

Keely Harker 

Since graduating from East 15 Acting School Keeley has worked as an actor across the UK and overseas. Theatre credits include Young Hearts (Hull Truck Theatre), Why Me (Paul Farrah Productions), I Ought to be in Pictures (Eye Theatre), My Sister in this House (Theatre Antibea), The Writers Relay (Midlands Arts Centre), Look No Hands (Artrix Theatre), Othello (Worcester Festival), Huckleberry Finn (Vienna’s English Theatre), Flight (Swan Playwrights) and Private Dick Whittington (Belgrade Theatre Coventry).
Keeley has voiced numerous adverts for regional radio and has worked on several corporate films and promotional videos. 
She recently appeared as Nurse Danielle Poggiali in the TV series Nurses that Kill and, continuing the nursing theme, played the matron in the TV pilot The Bagley Boys. 

Alongside this Keeley is highly proficient role-player, who has worked for numerous organisations in both the public and private sector. She has worked with delegates from varying backgrounds in many complex situations; has driven team events, assessment centres and client conferences.  She delivers high quality, challenging and supportive feedback and is particularly adept at working with people who regularly manage difficult conversations and customers. 
 

Claire Cogan 

Claire is a professional actor who has toured internationally in productions with numerous theatre companies. Claire has many years' experience in roleplaying various roles for both the public and private sector. Clients have included, A&DC / DWP / PSNI / Coral Group / DVLA / HEEM / NHS /  Deloitte UK/ Baker Tilly / The Ministry of Justice and Leicester, Warwick and Birmingham Universities.
